Key Insights
Limitations of Blood Pressure Monitors
Conventional blood pressure monitors are bulky, stigmatizing, and only capture in-the-moment readings, failing to reflect real-time fluctuations.

Adaptive, Continuous BP Tracking
Blood pressure fluctuates from moment to moment. Medical providers can adjust tracking frequency based on a mother’s health condition, increasing it when risks are higher.
More Accurate Readings
The ultrasound patch measures the levels of glucose, lactate, alcohol, caffeine in addition to blood pressure. thrum’s AI automatically adjusts the readings using the data collected.
Symptom Log and AI Assistant
The app lets mothers log symptoms to share with their OBGYN, while also contributing anonymized symptom profiles to a shared catalog for broader pattern recognition.
