Control Flow Open Training Cup
Miracle® 360° uses a self-sealing, lip-activated valve that allows children to drink from anywher along the rim while helping prevent spills.
Each cup introduces greater independence in managing liquid flow, culminating in Control Flow’s transition to a traditional open cup.
An internal silicone valve regulates flow, while an extended collar provides clearance between the valve and drinking rim. The valve can be removed to convert the vessel into a traditional open cup.
Process
Through physical prototyping and functional testing, I tested flow-control mechanisms, cup proportions, and collar geometries to refine the drinking experience.
Miracle® 360°
Refresh and Control Flow
The refreshed Miracle® 360° retains its lip-activated valve, while Control Flow introduces a removable valve for open-cup drinking. Both designs feature simplified assemblies for easy cleaning.
